Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping
The packages will be shipped via regular UPS Ground mail due to the pressurized nature of the paint cans. The paint package could not be shipped Overnight or Expedited. All orders received before 2 p.m. EST will be shipped on the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped next business day. The paint product could not only be shipped within the United States except APO/FPO addresses due to the US shipping regulations. Alaska and Hawaii customers, please contact us at 401-769-8800 or sales@sunshinejoy.com for further shipping information.  

Refused shipments are subject to restocking fees and freight both ways. Special orders/item please contact us at 401-769-8800 or sales@sunshinejoy.com to arrange the shipment. 

Shipping Times
The packages will be delivered within a 1 week after the orders placed in continental US. Hawaii and Alaska orders please contact us at 401-769-8800 or sales@sunshinejoy.com. 

Returns
We only accept unopened cans to be returned and refuned. Please open only one can at a time when painting.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

If a return or exchange needs to be made, please contact us at (401) 769-8800. An RMA number will be issued. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without RMA number. The number is the invoice number preceded with RMA. When returning merchandise, please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
